I may write the other methods from 9C here as well eventually, but for now I'm only doing this one since it's my favorite and this kind of thing is quite time consuming.
For now the code is obfuscated although I may end up just sharing it later.

Tip: on a PC or similar, you can right-click and save this page to your hard drive and load it from your computer. Delete the image directory and you'll essentially have a 7-kilobyte noise generator.
